John L Watkins, Class of 1978, is an Associate, Construction Administrator with the architecture firm of Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates in Miami. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Clemson University and Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

John has practiced architecture for over twenty-six years, nineteen of which have been at NBWW. Some of the projects he has been involved with include: Turnberry Isle Country Club Renovations in Aventura, Florida; Westin Hotel in Providence, R.I.; The Ritz-Carlton Isla Verde in San Juan, P.R.; The Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida; and Met 2 Office and Hotel Complex in downtown Miami, Florida.
