Tom Kapp, Class of 1975, is owner of the Prudential Kapp/Lyons Realty Co. in Edisto Island/Charleston, SC. Married to Helen, they have 3 children: Thomas, Ella, & Wesley. Tom can be reached at tkapp@kapplyons.com or office phone (843) 869-2516. He bought the Lyons Company in 1994, and in 2000 the company became affiliated with the Prudential Real Estate Group. In 1996, their office was move to 440 Highway 174. Called "the Waterfront", it is a beach house constructed from timbers of the Morris Island Lighthouse caretaker's cottage. |
